Our services

Anju Enterprises provides consultancy and documentation assistance for GeM, e-Procurement portals, certifications, licences and related compliance. The exact scope, fee and timeline of each engagement are agreed with you before work begins, by quotation, email or WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and genuineness of the information and documents you provide. Applications and bids are submitted on your behalf and in your name, so please review them before approval.

Your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), portal logins and OTPs remain your responsibility. Where you allow us to use them for your work, they are used only for that purpose.

Outcomes

We assist you through the process, but approvals, registrations, certificates, tender evaluations and awards are decided solely by the concerned authority, portal or buyer. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or timeline.

Fees and payments

Our professional fee is separate from government fees, portal charges, laboratory testing charges and certification-body fees, which are paid as applicable. Your quotation lists what is included.

Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable as stated in the quotation. Refunds are covered by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
