Refund / Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services engaged with Anju Enterprises.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel an engagement before we have started work on it, any professional fee you have paid in advance will be refunded in full.
Cancellation after work begins
Our fee is for professional time and documentation work. Once work has started — for example document review, preparation, or an application or bid being filed — the fee for work already done is not refundable. Where only part of the agreed work has been done, we may refund the balance for the work not yet started.
Government and third-party fees
Government fees, portal charges, laboratory testing charges and certification-body fees are paid to those authorities or agencies and are not refundable by Anju Enterprises. Any refund of these is subject to the rules of the concerned authority.
Outcomes
Since approvals and tender awards are decided by the concerned authority or buyer, a rejection, non-award or delay by them is not by itself a ground for refund of fees for work completed.
How to request a refund
Write to info@anjuenterprises.in or WhatsApp 95559 13494 with your name, the service and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
