Before work starts
If you cancel before we have started work on your file, the professional fee you paid is refundable in full.
After work has started
Once work has started (document review, preparation, application or bid work), the professional fee covers effort already spent. Any refund for unused work is decided case by case, based on the stage of work, and will be confirmed to you in writing.
Government & third-party fees
Fees paid to government portals, authorities, testing labs, inspection agencies or certification bodies are governed by their own rules and are generally not refundable by us.
Outcome-based refunds
Since approval, award and certification decisions are taken by the concerned authority, a rejection or non-award by itself does not make the professional fee refundable.
Subscriptions (Bid Alerts)
Bid alert plans can be stopped at any time by messaging us; alerts stop from the next cycle.
