These terms apply to every professional approved as an Associate Partner (“Partner”) of Anju Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By applying, you agree to them.
1. Joining & verification
- Joining is free. There is no joining fee, deposit, renewal or target.
- We verify every applicant through email, PAN (and GSTIN, if given) on the official government portals, and a short WhatsApp video call. We may approve or decline any application.
- On approval you receive a Partner ID and PIN. Keep your PIN confidential; work submitted with your Partner ID is treated as yours.
2. Submitting work
- Submit client work through the Submit Work page. Each submission gets a Job ID.
- Share only information and documents the client has authorised you to share. You confirm the client’s consent when you submit their details.
- We quote the fee for each job to you (and/or the client) before work starts, and may decline any job.
3. Commission
- You earn 15% of our professional fee for each job you bring.
- Government, portal, testing, certification-body and other third-party fees, and GST, are excluded from the calculation.
- Commission becomes payable only after the work is completed and we have received the client’s payment in full. We pay within 7 days of that, by bank transfer or UPI to an account in your name.
- If a fee is refunded to the client, the related commission is reversed or adjusted.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. Applicable TDS, if any, will be deducted as per law.
4. Client relationship
- The client relationship stays with you. We will not offer services to a client you referred, other than for the job you submitted, without involving you.
- If the same client was already working with us before your submission, no commission is payable for that client.
5. Conduct
- You act as an independent professional, not as our employee or agent. You must not present yourself as Anju Enterprises staff or as connected to any government department or portal.
- Do not promise any approval, certification, tender award or timeline. Outcomes depend on government authorities.
- Do not collect any money from the client in our name.
- Keep all client and Anju Enterprises information confidential.
6. Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership at any time by email or WhatsApp. Commission already earned on completed and paid jobs will still be paid. We may suspend a Partner ID immediately in case of misuse, misrepresentation or a client complaint.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
